Returns Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom or bespoke orders, sale or discounted items.
Return Process:
Contact us at hello@waastudiogh.com to request a return authorisation. Once authorised, securely package the item and ship it to the return address provided.
RefundsProcessing Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Partial Refunds:
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., for items returned with minor wear or damage).
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for your preferred piece. Exchanges are subject to item availability.
Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
